About to start

Dad spent most of the morning putting together two bikes -- last time he had seven to put together-- and then Marc gave us a ride out to the coast. We're staying at South Beach State Park. We went down to the water and got someone to take our photo. It was something of a struggle to get back up the dune.

We're working to figure out our camping systems and gear. At first the camp stove wouldn't turn off. Now it won't start. Also, our handlebar packs don't seem to stay on right. Dad is trying to fix the stove now. Fortunately, it cooked our spaghetti before possibly giving up the ghost.

I'm feeling mostly better, but still a little troubled in my stomach. -- Chad.
