It was the summer of 1987 when I, along with my wife, three sons and two family friends bicycled over 4000 miles across the US. Our twin sons were 15 and our youngest son had just turned 12. When our dream for this trip first came to life, we were not a biking family, but we wanted to build a lasting memory for our family. That youngest son and I are now retracing the route we took 25 years ago and hopefully will be building even more memories.

Togwotee Pass photos
We climbed Togwotee Pass on July 4. Unfortunately, due to ongoing construction, there weren't any signs at the top. But trust me, dad and I are standing at roughly the same place -- 25 years apart.
